This paper discusses the recent increase in trans men seeking bottom surgery, and notes how historically phalloplasties have been the most challenging surgery for surgeons to successfully perform. This paper discusses mastectomy, chest contouring, hysterectomy, and oophorectomies. Furthermore it determines five main criteria in making phalloplasties more successful.
