In this oral history interview, Amador discusses his upbringing outside of San Diego and politicization in community with other students of color at UC Santa Barbara, his work with the Fellowship of Reconciliation and how it led him into training and education work, his thoughts on nonprofits and philanthropy and their relationship to social movements, and his work with Training for Change and the Trans Justice Funding Project's Fund for Trans Generations.
