In the interview, Lee discusses their upbringing in California, their young adult life and queer identity, and their experiences of family relationships, dating, and navigating the professional world as a gender non-conforming, non-binary person. In addition, they discuss their work and volunteer experience with many LGBTQ groups and organizations, as well as their thoughts on queer and trans politics, collective liberation, and radical
